- The property offers 30 boutique rooms in the Boutique Building, each with a different room type. The Business Building has 18 rooms, with some room types being the same. If no specific request is made in advance, rooms will be assigned by on-site staff.
- Each room has a fixed occupancy limit. Any additional guests will incur an extra charge of NT$500 per person. (Guests over 130 cm in height are considered adults.)
- Pets are strictly prohibited throughout the property.
- KTV and DVD audiovisual facilities are available from 08:00 AM to 00:00 AM.
- In accordance with noise control regulations, from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM, noise must not exceed 30 decibels. During this period, guests are requested to avoid loud noise, shouting, or raising the volume of audiovisual equipment.
